Refund policy

At Dtam, we take pride in delivering quality products. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns – Australian & International Customers

Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, we are currently unable to accept physical returns for orders shipped outside the United States. All issues are resolved via refund or replacement.

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • Your item arrived damaged – full refund or replacement for badly damaged items; partial refund or replacement for partially damaged items
  • You received the wrong item or items were missing from your order
  • Your order did not arrive within the following timeframes from dispatch:
    • Most countries: 60 days
    • USA: 45 days
    • Brazil: 110 days

Returns – US Customers

US customers may return unworn clothing items in original condition with tags attached and original packaging intact.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be shipped back within 7 days of your return being approved
  • We do not accept exchanges
  • Returns not meeting the above criteria may incur a 20% restocking fee or be declined
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item was damaged or incorrect
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for processing once your return is received

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Jewellery
  • Bodysuits
  • Intimates & Lingerie
  • Swimwear
  • Beauty products
  • Face masks

How to Request a Refund or Return

Contact us at support@dtam.store within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

  1. Your order number
  2. A description of the issue
  3. Photos or video of the item (required for damaged or incorrect items)

We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

What Is Not Covered

  • Change-of-mind returns (outside the US)
  • Orders with an incorrect address entered at checkout
  • Items showing as delivered by the courier
  • Damaged outer packaging where the product inside is undamaged
  • Customs delays, duties, or import taxes
