Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking to update after dispatch.

Customs & Import Duties

Undelivered Orders
If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with your local post office first. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at support@dtam.store and we'll investigate promptly.
